Introduction
The MGW series intelligent Raymond mill is the latest mill developed by our company's professional technicians. The design of this mill is based on long-term mill research and development experience and adopts the suggestions of many customers. This series of Raymond mill adopts many latest technologies, such as: bevel gear integral transmission, negative pressure operation principle, air lock device, pulse dust removal system, internal thin oil lubrication system, arc air duct , etc. At present, the design of our company's Raymond mill has reached the international advanced technical level.
Application
The MGW series intelligent Raymond mill is mainly suitable for grinding and processing of mineral products in metallurgy, such as : building materials, chemical industry, mining and other industries . The materials suitable for grinding by MGW series mill have the following characteristics:
(1) Non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials ;
(2) Mohs hardness is below 9 ;
(3) Humidity below 6%.

Principle
Jaw crusher will crush the stones to below 20mm, and the elevator will transport the crushed material to the storage hopper. Then the belt conveyor will accurately and evenly send the material to the main mill, where the material will be ground into fine powder. The fine powder after grinding will rise to the classifier with the airflow generated by the fan, and the classifier will classify these fine powder. After classification, the fine powder that meets the fineness requirements of the finished product will enter the cyclone through the pipeline with the airflow and then be discharged. This is the finished product.
The airflow will be drawn in by the fan from the return air duct at the top of the cyclone, and this airflow will enter the pulse dust collector, where the fine powder in the airflow will also be discharged, which is another small part of the finished product.
Powder that is larger than the fineness requirements of the finished product will fall and be ground again by the main mill.
